1. Do you offer refunds?  

No, we do not offer refunds. We can however offer an exchange within 7 days of your purchase as long as we have the item available upon the customers return. In the case we do not have the item available the customer will be issued a gift card. 

2. How long does shipping take?  

We have SUPER FAST SHIPPING so most orders will be shipped the next business day. But if we are very busy order have a 1-2 business day processing time. Once processed shipping will be 3-5 business days.

4. Can I make adjustments/changes to my order after it has been placed?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we would be unable to do so. We can only update shipping addresses within an reasonable timeframe.
